What do you consider a small dog?
We welcome dogs 20 lbs and under.
Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered?
Yes, we only board dogs that are spayed or neutered.
Does my dog need to be house-trained?
Yes. Guests must be fully outdoor potty trained. On rainy days, they should be able to go outside for a quick pee in the yard or on a patch of artificial grass under cover outside. We’re unable to accommodate dogs who use pee pads indoors.
Do you offer daycare?
No, we specialize in overnight boarding only. Longer stays help keep our home calm and give our guests time to settle in.
What time can I drop off?
Drop off and pick up can occur between 7 AM and 8 PM.
What time can I pickup?
Boarding includes care until 10 AM on pickup day. Late pickups are prorated according to the schedule below. Latest pick-up time is 8 PM.

After 8 PM, an additional night will be charged.
How many dogs do you board?
Just 1–2 guest dogs at a time, so everyone gets plenty of attention and a relaxed, home-like stay.
Will I get updates?
Absolutely! We send regular photos and updates so you can enjoy your vacation, knowing your pup is happy and well cared for.
Do we need a Meet & Greet?
Yes. All new guests require a meet & greet before their first stay. We want to make sure your pup, Lily, and our home are all a good fit. We’re unable to accept first-time, last-minute bookings without one.
